They are all organized as they have a large area next to the store where they give an entertaining presentation on the history of that cheese factory. In our case they have us about 4 different samples to try. It is a very small installation and most of the cheese making installations are not viewable by the public. Regardless, if you like cheese this is worth visiting

La Fromagerie Pied-De-Vent
En compagnie du directeur de la production laitière, cette tournée vous
permettra d'en apprendre plus sur le fonctionnement quotidien et saisonnier
d'une ferme laitière depuis le pâturage à la traite de lait, à comprendre
le choix et les caractéristiques de la race canadienne et les défis de
gestion d'un troupeau de vaches laitières.
La visite guidée inclue également une visite de la fromagerie et la
dégustation. Maximum de 15 participants.
